He may not have been crowned as the new American Idol of Season 8, but we will definitely see more of Adam Lambert ! This guy is undeniably talented and his voice range is insane! Adam reminds me of a Rock Legend - Freddie Mercury of Queen . Just like Adam , Freddie Mercury knew how to get the crowd scream for more ROCK ! After watching Adam sing with KISS and Queen at the American Idol results night , I was teary eyed because I saw genius in Adam.
Freddie Mercury in the guise of Elvis is finally reincarnated in Adam Lambert. Although Kris Allen was crowned as Idol , Adam definitely stole the show he made a mark. In fact the show was an Adam Lambert Experience . I will definitely follow Adam's career he may be the next Rock World Superstar !!!
Congratulations Adam ! I can't wait to see you sing Bohemian Rhapsody! Yes I'm feeling Good because it's a Mad World with Adam .
Yes! your Teambloggista Correspondent was at the David Archuleta and David Cook Concert! The experience was unbelievable. David A. opened the show with his very catchy song Touch my hand! The Crowd went wild! People stood up! As soon as he sang I needed oxygen ! I was screaming for David A's name, kept saying I love you David A. and sang the lyrics! David A.'s voice is really something else , I remember I was hooked with American Idol because of this guy! David's repertoire included songs from his album , the first song he ever learned to play in the Piano which was a Thousand Miles. David also sang You Can and To be with you .

What I liked most was Angels and Standby me - it made my hair stand - yes he's that good! David A. sang a new song that has never been heard before ! Gravity was pretty cool , I think its going to be a hit just like Crush which was his solid closing song.
After an overload of David A. we were entertained with a Fireworks or Lights show for at least 15 minutes just so they can set up the stage with a full band and add lots of lights .
When DC entered he came from under the ground through a hydraulic lift . People went crazy again and of course he started to play some music. He looked good and his bandmates were interesting and hot - Neal in particular already had a fan in the audience.
After 3 more songs DC sang Always be my Baby which I really liked because it was familiar to me . Then he sang a song that he released before he entered idol and also sang Light On . DC's performance was solid too. After DC sang his last song he left the stage and the people asked for more so he did go back and his ender was a song dedicated to his brother who just passed on 2 weeks before the show. After he got DA from backstage and the crowd couldn't be stopped . DA was given a microphone and they started to make 40,000 of us scream and enjoy our last glimpse of our idols. Then they said SALAMAT! and left the stage . The two David's surely made it a wonderful night for me . I particularly love David Archuleta more ! Now that I've seen both of them in the flesh! And in fairness I think DC looked hot too :-)

I like pets most especially dogs . The only thing is I like dogs when they're not mine, because when I get tired of playing and kissing it I return it to the owner . This is how practical I am when it comes to taking care of animals. But years ago I too had a dog which I loved and grew up with and after losing my dog I thought I'll never get another one, however the movie Marley and Me is making me want to get a dog! I want a pet that will be with me from my toughest times to the most celebrated occasions. But enough about me getting a dog ,let's do the film review about the movie Marley and Me starred by Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston .

Please vote for Hansen !

The movie is like a thunderbolt that is about to rip into the blanket of bland movies . The Dark Knight, director Christopher Nolan's absolute stunner of a follow-up to 2005's Batman Begins, is a potent provocation decked out as a comic-book movie. Feverish action? Check. Dazzling spectacle? Check. Devilish fun? Check. But Nolan is just warming up. There's something raw and elemental at work in this artfully imagined universe. Striking out from his Batman origin story, Nolan cuts through to a deeper dimension. Huh? Wha? How can a conflicted guy in a bat suit and a villain with a cracked, painted-on clown smile speak to the essentials of the human condition? Just hang on for a shock to the system. The Dark Knight creates a place where good and evil — expected to do battle — decide instead to get it on and dance. "I don't want to kill you," Heath Ledger's psycho Joker tells Christian Bale's stalwart Batman. "You complete me." Don't buy the tease. He means it.
The trouble is that Batman, a.k.a. playboy Bruce Wayne, has had it up to here with being the white knight. He's pissed that the public sees him as a vigilante. He'll leave the hero stuff to district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) and stop the DA from moving in on Rachel Dawes (feisty Maggie Gyllenhaal, in for sweetie Katie Holmes), the lady love who is Batman's only hope for a normal life.
Everything gleams like sin in Gotham City (cinematographer Wally Pfister shot on location in Chicago, bringing a gritty reality to a cartoon fantasy). And the bad guys seem jazzed by their evildoing. Take the Joker, who treats a stunningly staged bank robbery like his private video game with accomplices in Joker masks, blood spurting and only one winner. Bale is electrifying as a fallibly human crusader at war with his own conscience.
I can only speak superlatives of Ledger, who is mad-crazy-blazing brilliant as the Joker. Miles from Jack Nicholson's broadly funny take on the role in Tim Burton's 1989 Batman, Ledger takes the role to the shadows, where even what's comic is hardly a relief. No plastic mask for Ledger; his face is caked with moldy makeup that highlights the red scar of a grin, the grungy hair and the yellowing teeth of a hound fresh out of hell. To the clown prince of crime, a knife is preferable to a gun, the better to "savor the moment."
Forget Freudian hints about a dad who carved a smile into his son's face with a razor. As the Joker says, "What doesn't kill you makes you stranger."
The Joker represents the last completed role for Ledger, who died in January at 28 before finishing work on Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. It's typical of Ledger's total commitment to films as diverse as Brokeback Mountain and I'm Not There that he does nothing out of vanity or the need to be liked. If there's a movement to get him the first posthumous Oscar since Peter Finch won for 1976's Network, sign me up. Ledger's Joker has no gray areas — he's all rampaging id. Watch him crash a party and circle Rachel, a woman torn between Bale's Bruce (she knows he's Batman) and Eckhart's DA, another lover she has to share with his civic duty. "Hello, beautiful," says the Joker, sniffing Rachel like a feral beast. He's right when he compares himself to a dog chasing a car: The chase is all. The Joker's sadism is limitless, and the masochistic delight he takes in being punched and bloodied to a pulp would shame the Marquis de Sade. "I choose chaos," says the Joker, and those words sum up what's at stake in The Dark Knight.
The Joker wants Batman to choose chaos as well. He knows humanity is what you lose while you're busy making plans to gain power. Every actor brings his A game to show the lure of the dark side. Michael Caine purrs with sarcastic wit as Bruce's butler, Alfred, who harbors a secret that could crush his boss's spirit. Morgan Freeman radiates tough wisdom as Lucius Fox, the scientist who designs those wonderful toys — wait till you get a load of the Batpod — but who finds his own standards being compromised. Gary Oldman is so skilled that he makes virtue exciting as Jim Gordon, the ultimate good cop and as such a prime target for the Joker. As Harvey tells the Caped Crusader, "You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become a villain." Eckhart earns major props for scarily and movingly portraying the DA's transformation into the dreaded Harvey Two-Face, an event sparked by the brutal murder of a major character.
The haunting and visionary Dark Knight soars on the wings of untamed imagination. It's full of surprises you don't see coming. And just try to get it out of your dreams.
It's the second gala night and this is what I loved the most!
Hansen Nichols singing " I believe I can fly!"
I heard a lot of screams and so I joined a little even if I was just watching in my boob tube!

Your teambloggista was there to watch the action , but this time it was at the lower box but still its something to talk about.
At 5 pm your teambloggista correspondent assembled together with the Rizalicious team at the southgate of the Araneta. Your teambloggista correspondent met Riza's Mom and Riza's road manager from Viva. They are very nice people , they were giving out sandwiches and Summit water to the Riza supporters. Your teambloggista correspondent was wearing a pink shirt to show support for Riza. Your teambloggista correspondent helped in giving out the Pink and green balloons to all Rizalicious fans.
Why Riza? the answer is why not! Riza is a good role model to the youth, she is devoted to God and is a tough cookie to crack. Riza loves makeup and I guess as a beauty queen it is her duty to look good always. Riza is a true beauty queen , always gracious and disciplined, kind , determined , and conscientious.
Yes , your teambloggista correspondent was there to help Riza's camp. Although , your teambloggista's a Riza fan, Will is her ultimate crush and so your teambloggista couldn't resist but ask for a " Will you marry me " shirt . Yup ,your teambloggista correspondent is so thrilled to have it! Will is the man !
The Araneta was organized with Gaby fans sitting in the lower box of the Araneta with Gaby posters all over. Riza's fans all over the Araneta and your team bloggista is not exaggerating! Will's supporters were organized with their gold hats and balloons and shirts.According to an Abs- CBN forumer Riza was neck- neck with Gaby, Will would be 3rd and Ruben is definitely last. Ruben only had 1/8 of the Araneta yet he won. Don't know how they pulled it off - your teambloggista wants to stay positive so let's leave it at that...

The latest addition to the Harry Potter blockbuster is "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix"! I believe this is the best of the Potter movie series. The movie showed more magic and Harry got his gang to help him fight against the dark forces. You'll sure love the new appointed Dark Arts teacher- Professor Dolores Umbridge. She's quite a character!

The film was a bit scary but definitely more exciting! I'd give this film a 9 out of 10 score for its impressive cinematography and jam-packed adventure. The film broke the Wednesday record for box office totals with $44.8 million on its first full day in theaters. This puts Order of the Phoenix in the record books with the highest grossing one day sales ever. Whoah!
ABOUT THE FILM
In "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts only to discover that much of the wizarding community has been led to believe that the story of the teenager's recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort is a lie, putting Harry's integrity in question. Worse, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, has appointed a new Defense against the Dark Arts teacher, the duplictous Professor Dolores Umbridge. But Professor Umbridge's "Ministry-approved" course of defensive magic leaves the young wizards woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the Dark forces threatening them, so at the prompting of his friends Hermione and Ron, Harry is convinced to take matters into his own hands. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves " Dumbledore's Army." Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead. SOURCE

Firebolt: A State-of-the-Art racing broom that can go even faster than a Nimbus Two Thousand. Harry receives one for Christmas, anonymously, during his third year. The giver is eventually revealed.
Hope that was helpful to everyone most especially to the HARRY POTTER fans out there!

This site is HARRY POTTER central. All the things you want to know about HARRY POTTER its all in this amazing website: http://www.kidsreads.com/HP07/content/spellbook.asp WOW! The site even spills out Harry's Spellbook!!! WARNING! Don't try this at home!

Accio: The Summoning Charm. When used in connection with an object, this charm will cause such object to fly to the spell caster. It comes in very handy for Harry during the Tri-Wizard Tournament.
Alohomora: A simple spell learned by first-year students that will open most locks --- so long as they haven’t been bewitched by a stronger charm.
Amortentia: The most powerful love potion in the world, recognizable by its mother-of-pearl sheen. Amortentia gives off the odors most favored by those who smell it to cast the illusion of passion and affection.
Avada Kedavra (Killing Curse): One of the three so-called “Unforgivable Curses.” Avada Kedavra kills any living being instantly. There is only one known survivor of the Killing Curse, Harry Potter.
Bat-Bogey Hex: A nifty little curse that causes flapping wings to appear on the recipient’s face. Ginny Weasley is very adept at casting Bat-Bogey Hexes, and is in fact rewarded with Professor Slughorn’s attentions for casting one on Zacharias Smith, a snobby fellow student.
Confundus Charm: The spell equivalent of an anvil to the head. A Confunded person is liable to crash into stationary objects and have a tendency to forget his own name. Hermione performs one on Cormac McLaggen, a cocky Gryffindor seventh-year, during Quidditch tryouts in Half-Blood Prince.
Crucio (Cruciatus Curse): The second Unforgivable Curse. The Cruciatus Curse causes its victim excruciating pain and suffering and is used as a torture device by Voldemort and his Death Eaters. Alice and Frank Longbottom, Neville Longbottom’s parents, were tortured by Bellatrix Lastrange into insanity with this curse. They have yet to recover.
Diffindo: Aslicing charm that appears to act like a wizard’s “pocket knife.” Harry used it to cut open Cedric’s bag in Goblet of Fire and also to slice the cover off of his new Spellbook in Half-Blood Prince.
Drought of Living Death Potion: The potion Harry successfully mixes with the help of the Half-Blood Prince to win a bottle of Felix Felicis.
Episkey: A handy spell for repairing minor physical injuries. Tonks uses it to repair Harry’s broken nose in his sixth year.
Evanesco: A vanishing spell. It isn’t exactly clear if the vanished objects disappear permanently --- or reappear in a more convenient location.
Expecto Patronum: An incantation to create a Patronus, which usually takes the form of an animal and protects the spell-caster from Dementors.
Expelliarmus: A basic defensive spell first taught by Snape at the Dueling Club meeting in Chamber of Secrets. Its premise is to block or refract an opponent’s spells; however, it can have interesting side-effects when mixed with other incantations.
Felix Felicis: “Liquid luck”. When taken moderately, it offers a “perfect day”: namely, the taker will have luck on his or her side for an entire 12-hour period. Things will just…happen to his or her benefit. However, taken in excess, Felix causes recklessness and silly behavior. It is illegal to use Felix Felicis in sporting events or games of chance.
Impedimentia: A simple stunning spell that often comes in handy for Harry and his friends in tight situations.
Imperius Curse: The last of the Unforgivable Curse. The Imperius Curse allows the caster to take complete control of another person’s mind and body. Think of a living puppet, unable to control his or her thoughts or actions --- that is the Imperius Curse.
Levicorpus: A non-verbal spell invented by the Half-Blood Prince, handwritten in Harry's Potions textbook; the person on whom the spell is cast will be hung upside down by the ankle.
Liberacorpus: The anti-spell to Levicorpus.
Lumos: A simple spell that creates a ball of light at the tip of the caster’s wand.
Mordsmorde: The incantation that causes the Dark Mark to appear in the sky.
Muffliato: A spell invented by the Half-Blood Prince, handwritten in Harry's Potions textbook; it fills the ears of anyone nearby with an unidentifiable buzzing, so that conversations can be held without being overheard.
Obliviate: The Memory Charm. The victim of this spell will lose some or all of his or her memory, depending on the intent of the caster. It is often used by wizards to help Muggles “forget” magic they have seen or been a party to. Usually, a wizard will replace the erased memory with a much more plausible one.
Polyjuice Potion: A complex potion that takes a month to create and will turn one person into another --- as long as the identity thief can get something personal from his or her target’s body, such as a strand of hair, a nail clipping, or a piece of skin. It is brewed and used several times in the Harry Potter books, both by the good guys and the bad.
Prior Incantato: A spell that will force the subject wand to emit a “ghost” of the last spell it cast.
Protean Charm: An advanced charm that, when cast on multiple magical objects, reveals the same information to all those who carry one of those objects. It is used for secret communication. Hermione impressed members of the D.A. in sixth year by casting this spell on gold Galleons so they all could plan meetings.
Riddikulus: Renders a boggart ineffective by making it silly. It requires the power of mind of the spell caster. For example, Neville sees the boggart in Prisoner of Azkaban as Professor Snape, whom he fears. After chanting this spell, “Snape” is rendered ridiculous by dressing him in Mrs. Longbottom’s clothes.
Sectumsempra: Another doozie from the Half-Blood Prince. This spell is not so nice --- it slices cuts into the victim wherever the caster’s wand is aimed.
The Unbreakable Vow: A spell that binds a wizard/witch to a promise; when it is made, flames from each person's wand link together like clasped hands, and a third flame from a Bonder twists around them to bind them together.
Unforgiveable Curses: Three cruel curses illegal in the wizarding world. They include the Imperius Curse, the Cruciatus Curse and the Killing Curse.
Veritaserum: A powerful Truth Potion.
Wingardium Leviosa: A simple levitation spell learned by first years. It is significant in that it plays a part in bonding the friendship between Harry, Ron and Hermione.
Here's the REVIEW from kidsreads.com:
Deeper secrets
Harry Potter is frustrated. Isolated from the wizarding world at his summer residence with his non-magical aunt, uncle and cousin, he hides in flowerbeds so he can listen to the evening news and steals newspapers from trash bins, hoping for some sign of activity from Lord Voldemort. He barely has had contact with his best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
A dementor attack, a cryptic Howler, and a rescue brigade bring Harry back to the magical world, to a place where a group of wizards has assembled with the mission to stop Voldemort. To Harry's disgust, no one wants to tell him anything regarding the mission, not even when he begins to dream of a snake and a door at the end of a long, dark hallway that he recognizes as part of the Ministry of Magic. Things aren't much better at Hogwarts, where his dreams turn into visions of Voldemort's power, anger, and desire for domination.
Darker powers
It is a time of war in the magical world, but there are no clear lines of good and evil. The Ministry of Magic is so adamant in its beliefs that it refuses to acknowledge Harry's story of Voldemort's return. Harry is the butt of jokes in the Daily Prophet, and the only people who believe him are the ones the Ministry would discredit. According to the Ministry, Albus Dumbledore is a dangerous fool, and anyone who follows him is not to be trusted. Co-workers, friends, and even families begin to divide according to whom they support. Spies and secrets feed a new era in wizarding history and lead to changes at Hogwarts, not all of them good. The students are as divided as the adults, and discord haunts the corridors.
Stronger magic
Fifth year is the time for Ordinary Wizarding Level exams, or O.W.L.s, and Harry and the rest of the fifth-years find themselves working harder than ever to achieve top test results, which then dictate their careers. Spells are more complex, there's more homework, and the students have to work twice as hard as they did in previous years just to keep up. The only class that differs from this pattern is Defense Against the Dark Arts, taught by the deceptively sweet Dolores Umbridge, formerly Senior Undersecretary to Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic. Umbridge's lesson plans leave Harry and his friends worried and wanting more from their education.
Harry is also asked by Professor Dumbledore to study privately with Professor Snape, the hook-nosed, greasy-haired Potions professor who has done nothing but make Harry's Potions classes miserable since the day Harry first came to Hogwarts. In order to succeed and even survive, Harry must put his trust in those who hide the truth from him.
Intricate plots, maturing characters, and fast-paced action paint a picture of a magical world with a new veil of darkness. As Harry and his friends grow, they must face more adult issues and deal not only with a changing world, but also with their changing selves. Characters who have only served in the background of previous books become more important, and some of Harry's favorite people, like Remus Lupin, return. Never content to sit back and watch things happen, Harry and his friends take dangerous matters into their own hands, confronting evil and working as a team to stop it.
From page one, where we see more complex sentences and an angrier, damaged Harry, this book's tone is completely different from the previous four: deeper and richer, with less humor and more detail. Rowling's tactics of inspiring fear are different in this installation, too. The horror is psychological rather than physical, and there is less Quidditch and more magic. Harry is achingly perfect and emotionally real as a typical teenage boy, confused and defiant about everything from girls to his friendships to his magical education. He has come to trust very few people, but those he takes into his confidence, like Ron and Hermione, complement him very well.
Patience is recommended while reading, because the pacing lags in some places while rushing in others, and the multiple plot lines take a while to mesh. Rather than take us through a mostly linear tale with a twist at the end, as seen in THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS and THE GOBLET OF FIRE, the plotline here is built of many small incidents that come together to form the whole of the story. This new approach shows a shift in the atmosphere and targeted audience of the Harry Potter series. As Harry matures, so does Rowling's writing style, coloring the events of the past and linking them to the present. HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX gives many answers and raises even more questions, setting up an excellent path for the final two books in the series.

Sponge Cola and Callalily, two of the most hottest Pinoy bands in the hitcharts today.Oh how we love singing to their tunes! Sponge Cola's TULIRO and Callalily's MAGBALIK have been competing for the top spot for weeks this summer of 2007. Recently, Callalily's PASAN, a song that tells "i didn't have to leave you, but i carried you instead", has been sky rocketing to top 1 in the Myx Daily Top10 after its premiere last May. It's oh-so-cute music video shows the characters from the online gaming world. I first heard Sponge Cola's KLSP last 2004. It stands for Kulang Lang Sa Pansin, but they finally got my attention when i first heard GEMINI , its music video is inspired by the love story of Romeo and Juliet. Afterwards, I've been loving it! And I've been listening to their tracks from their debut album PALABAS. Sponge Cola hottie, Yael Yuson also got my attention. Playing the rhythm guitar and as the lead vocal of the band, he has this sweet rakistah voice!.. He's very cute and lovable. Sponge Cola took home most of the awards in the recent Myx Music Awards. They have been tagged as the favorite artist and favorite group.. It's song BITIW which is the official themesong of abs-cbn's Pedro Penduko series, has been awarded as favorite rock video and favorite song. They also sang TULOY PA RIN for Pedro Penduko At Ang Mga Engkantao. Just last year, when I first heard the song STARS, a song by Callalily, I knew that the group is off to a good start. Days later, I can already hear their song in different radio stations in the city every time I channel surf. Their song touched the hearts of many and girls got "kilig" over the band's frontman, Kean Cipriano. He has good voice quality and good looks too. Many noticed the cute long-haired lead guitarist, Alden Acosta who is left-handed. I found it cute that he plays the guitar the unusual way. The band Callalily is the Myx Celebrity Vjs of the month of June. If you wanna see more of them, better tune in to Myx.If you wanna get more of the bands' tracks, don't hesitate to have a copy of Sponge Cola's 2nd album, TRANSIT with BITIW as its carrier single and Callalily's debut album from Sony BMG Records, Destination XYZ.SPONGE COLA CALLALILY

Your Teambloggista watched the movie and we give it 3 stars. The movie had a lot of visual effects and flying , however it dragged in the middle part of the film. Also the concept of forgiveness may be hard to grasp for our young viewers. Still entertaining though, so what are you waiting for?
If you want to have some R&R( rest and relaxation) without breaking your budget. The Movie Theater is the best place to spend your precious time and moolah. So enjoy!!!
